Authentic New Zealand farmw
Combine three night’s luxury accommodation in the privacy and comfort of a cottage suite and panoramic views across Palliser Bay, with a true New Zealand experience—The High Country Farm Tour.
Situated on a 5500 acre working farm, Wharekauhau began life as a sheep station in the 1840s and remains a working sheep station to this day. The tour features all the activities which make up New Zealand’s legendary farming heritage.
A two hour guided horse trek along deserted beaches and through native bush
The tour is followed by a two hour guided horse trek along deserted beaches and through native bush, with the stunning back drop of Wharekauhau in the distance.
Before a gourmet, four course dinner, enjoy a relaxing, one hour Chilli Extract Massage developed exclusively for Wharekauhau by Sarah Beasley of the Self Heal Dispensary. The massage includes a richly infused, blended oil to amplify the chilli’s stimulating effects—the perfect antidote to an energetic day.
