Join us for the first annual masterclass blending weekend

 

Relax into pre-dinner drinks each evening beside the open fire and be treated to two amazing tasting dinners with a focus on the regional produce. On the Saturday be escorted to Te Kairanga vineyard in Martinborough where Alastair will guide you through the art of blending wine, allowing you the opportunity to craft your own unique blend. Enjoy a hands-on education in producing your own Pinot blend. Learn the unique history of the vineyard and Martinborough wine region as well as why Pinot is known as the ‘heartbreak-grape’.

 

You will be able to leave with 12 custom blend magnums of Pinot Noir as a reminder of ’that time you were a winemaker’.

 

Two-night weekend rate: $ 3,975 including GST (15%)
