Head down to the Wharekauhau Country Estate sporting clay target range and enjoy a shoot with one of the Wharekauhau guides before returning to the lodge for a sumptuous 5-course degustation lunch prepared by Executive Chef, Marc Soper, with a focus on foraged foods and of course duck.
