The preserving story started with the Executive Chef fondly remembering his ‘nanas’ tomato relish bubbling away on the stovetop, then months later enjoying it. In speaking with Chef Marc, that memory is not only one that helped inspire his culinary journey, but helped focus his personal food concept.
Utilizing the bounty from the estate, and surrounding region, we have crafted a series of house-made preserves. Each of the preserves have a place on the various lodge menus, and each of them are available for purchase direct form the lodge, shipping can be arranged.
